Tall Pine Candles Inc was founded by Robert (Bob) Evans in 2018 and is a privately held Corporation that specializes in the distribution of home fragrances, candle accessories, and gifts through direct sales and independent distributors in the United States. The corporate office and manufacturing location are in Flagstaff, Arizona. Tall Pine Candles Inc prides itself in creating quality candles for people who demand more and that will create a memorable experience.

Personal identifying information given to us for the purpose of product purchases or information is only used to notify you of Tall Pine Candles Inc related news or information and to assure proper delivery of ordered goods. Any requests for product information sent to us via regular mail or email is never cultivated to obtain personal identifying information. SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
ECONOMY SHIPPING AND FREE SHIPPING: Most orders ship within 1-5 business days. If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 2 weeks of placing your order, you can contact bob.evans@tallpinecandles.com for a status update. Please note that USPS and UPS are always experiencing delays with delivery. We are unable to offer any expedited shipping options at this time.
The above are processing times and do not account for the time the package is in transit. Priority Mail is typically delivered within 1-3 business days. UPS Ground usually takes 1-5 business days. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order leaves our studio.
REFUNDS + EXCHANGES: At Tall Pine Candles Inc, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Tall Pine Candles Inc within 7 days of delivery.
If you have received the wrong product or are missing a product in your order, please let us know within 14 days of your order being delivered.
You may return your unused products for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges. Please contact us at tallpinecandles@gmail.com for further details.
Due to restrictions caused by coronavirus, we cannot currently accept exchanges. Thank you for your understanding.
